Cooperative learning is a kind of teaching method, is also a kind of study method. In this method, teacher is a organizer, a cooperator, a participant and a help person, student is predominant. In the teaching activity, cooperative learning common body is established by the interaction and cooperation between teachers and students, students and students. In this learning common body, students make an inquiry on argue and dialogue together. They reach a consensus in the end by swords of standpoint with thought of collision. It is advantageous to extend participation and availably promote student's group function of exertive, promote to help with each other, to learn with each other, It can also strengthen interesting in the study and sense of responsibility etc.. Opening research and fulfillment of cooperative learning of Chinese language teaching in the elementary school will promote students'corpus development, training students'spirit of investigate and frontier. The main part of this thesis includes cooperate learning summary, characteristic and meaning of cooperative learning of Chinese language teaching in the elementary school, the guidance of cooperative learning of Chinese language teaching in elementary school, and the practice of cooperative learning of Chinese language teaching in the elementary school.
