Writing course is an important part of Mongolian Language teaching, inorder to find out development and change of Mongolian writing course, the authercollects a great deal of relating datas and carries out specific investigations.This paper consists of the introduction, chapter one, chapter two, chapterthree, chapter four, conclusion and bibliography.Chapter one researches comparatively on the development and change ofwriting course in syllabus and text books between 1978 and 2002.Chapter two analyses the development and .change of writing teaching inMongolian magazines, writing monographs and Mongolian language teaching methods.Chapter three states current situation of writing course by means ofconducting an investigation into some teachers and students.Chapter four explores the relationship of writing course and examination byanalysing writing requirements of college entrance examination and selections ofmiddle school students' writings.
