Self-control means that students can control their impulse, endure setbacks, resist temptation, abide by morals ,study with undivided attention without being supervised. it includes cognition, emotion, behavior and interpersonal communication. Self-control is an important hallmark for an individual to become mature and independent, an essential condition for a person to fulfill his kinds of tasks, a basic premise and pledge for an individual to actualize himself.In this thesis, students of Grade One, from Taizhou ,Zhejiang Province, are used to be subjects ,we investigated the present state of group's self-control and chose some students for intervention. What we have done is to raise the level of students'self-control.The main conclusions of the research are as follows:(1)The students with high self-control and the others with low self-control have significant difference.(2)Girls'self-control level is higher than that of boys and the students from only one child family have lower self-control level than those from more than one child family.(3)The experiment group and the control one have significant difference after intervention.(4)The experiment group has got higher self-control level after intervention.
