Self-control in learning is the ability of students to adjust their own learning behavior in the learning process,resist temptation,overcome the difficulties in the learning process,and maintain learning to a certain extent to achieve learning goals.The most important task of the individual in the junior high school period is to study.The learning process has good self-control of learning and has obvious effect on the progress of the academic achievement.This article discusses students' self-control of learning through two aspects of research,and puts forward suggestions for the results from three dimensions: family,school,and students.In Study 1,420 junior high school students were selected to use Tie Wei's “Self-control Learning Power Table for Junior High School Students” and data from questionnaires were used to select a relatively high self-control score,a relatively moderate learning self-control score,and a relatively low self-control score.The six students who are low have conducted interviews and studies on issues such as whether they are studying hard,whether they are actively learning,family circumstances and what factors affect their self-control of learning.The status quot and important influencing factors of junior high school students' learning self-control are drawn,and at the same time,they provide inspirations and methods for the study of student intervention.In the second study,two homogenous classes in the first and second grades were selected as the experimental group and the control group,and the experimental group was subjected to a nine-week intervention study of self-control.Based on the survey results,the results of case interviews,and the predecessor's research,as well as the characteristics of each dimension of the survey scale in Study 1,the awareness of bad behavior,the training of students' self-efficacy,the training of learning motivation,the mastering of learning methods,the environment,and the mood Controls and Regulations A set of programs developed to improve student learning and self-control.The results of the investigation were as follows:Junior middle school students' learning self-control ability is in the middle degree.The self control ability of junior middle school students is different in gender,grade and academic achievement dimension,but there is no difference in the dimension of only child or parental rearing pattern.The results of experimental intervention showed that the self-control ability of the experimental group increased significantly.There was no significant difference between the two groups except for the control strategy dimension.This study proves that through experimental intervention,the learning self-control ability of juniormiddle school students can be effectively changed,and the intervention program is reasonable,which has reference value for future research.
