Abstract The research adopted pathological mechanism detecting, biochemistry analytical method, tissue morphology and animal behavior study method, studied the effect of two different kinds of sport model (Exercise-induced fatigue and Exercise-induced exhaustion) on the sports ability, physiology biochemistry index and the behavior changes of rat, to providing the Biology evidence for science Exercise-induced fatigue model and Exercise-induced exhaustion model; And reveal the pathological mechanism responded to exercise Stress gastric ulcer; As well as the function of traditional Chinese medicine Codonopsis pilosula on exercise Stress gastric ulcer.The experiment built Exercise-induced fatigue model and Exercise-induced exhaustion model, observed and recorded the behavior changes of rat responding to sport stress; Detected the Ulcer index of the rat stomach after sport stress; Used the radio-immunity detected the contents Cortisol (CORT) , motilin (MOT) of rat; Determined the activity of SOD, GSH-Px, H~+, K~+-ATPase, ATPase and the content of MDA that reflect the status of free-radical-defense systerm; The activity of Nitric Oxide synthase(NOS)and acetylcholine (CHAT) in hypothalanmic and gastric.The results show: 1. Tested the move behavior and adapt behavior on the fore-and-aft of six weeks of increase degrees sports rats by open-field test and black-box test. Finded that the Exercise-induced fatigu group rat takes food increasing, weight change is not big, easy anger, hair disorder are lusterless, crossing and rearing sports ability increases by equally, dark-environment adapt ability is weakened(p<0 .05); Exercise-induced exhaustion group rat takes food decreasing, some appear weight decrease, the spirit is dejected, expression in its eyes is misted, often take a nap, reacting slowness, easy to rage, hair disorder and lusterless, appetite comes down, crossing and rearing sports ability decreases by equally(p<0.01, p<0.01), dark-environment adapt, ability is weakened obviously (p<0.01). This result is consistent to the physiology biochemistry index, so the sports model is credible.2. Detecting the stomach by pathological mechanism method and the bowels ache behavior of rads. Finded that Exercise-induced fatigue model and Exercise-induced exhaustion model can both induced Stress gastric ulcer, both can be uesd as the sports Stress gastric ulcer model. But its effect has obvious difference, The results show that the ulcer of Exercise-induced fatigu group is only exists in the mucous membrane surface layer, Ulcer index goes up (p<0.05); The effect of Exercise-induced exhaustion group is prominent than Exercise-induced fatigu group, this modle can damnify the mucous membrane muscle layer, make the blood vessel of mucous membrane expanded and the sequencein of gland disorder, Ulcer index goes up sharp (p<0.01).3.The research proved that the main mechanism of exercise Stress gastric ulcer is dysfunction of nerve-incretion system, sympathetic nerve-adrenal medulla and Hypothalanmic pituitary adrenal axis(HPA) excite intense. Intense and durative excitement of Sympathetic nerve-adrenal medulla system make the blood vessel to shrink at all times, induced bowels blood lack and gastric ulcer. Excitement of the HPA axis can affect the centrum, such as blues, angst, anorexia, pugnacity et al, these symptom accelerate gastric ulcer. At the same time, excitement of the HPA axis can make the content of cortisoi go up, it can be restrain immunoreaction and make animal blues, angst, anorexia, these factors can induce gastric ulcer all.4.Traditional Chinese medicine Codonopsis pilosula have remarkable function on rat Exercise Stress gastric ulcer, compared with relevant sport groups, The ulcer index of tow group rats that take medicine of dangshen is descend (p<0.05, p<0.01).5. The experiment finded that Codonopsis pilosula can adjust the dysfunction of nerve- incretion system induced by exercise Stress, Having obvious adjustive function on pepsin, acetylcholine, cortisol and Nitric Oxide synthase, can ameliorate dysfunction of bot-nerve and gastric blood lack, can also clean out free-radical.
