The teachers have been asked to meet new demand of information literacy as the development of education infomationization, and normal students as the main source of teachers, have also been asked to meet the new standard to some extent. But, according to the author's investigation, because of the restriction of software and hardware in teachers college at home, most of normal student information literacy still can not meet the standards needed. So, it is an urgent problem to find a way to improve normal student information literacy effectively.Recent studies have shown that blending learning can improve efficiency of learning by making full use of the advantage of combination of traditional classroom learning and network learning. So, applying blending learning to the training of normal student information literacy has a great meaning for improving the way and quality to train the normal student information literacy.According to the investigation of the current normal student information literacy and in-depth study of relevant literature, the author brings up blending learning scheme based on modern educational technology course under the guide of modern educational theory. Developing relevant network learning resources in accordance with the scheme, the author put the scheme into practice, analyzing practice results and finding out the problem during the process of teaching. Finally, the author aims at finding a better way to use blending learning training normal student information literacy. The paper can be divided into the following chapters:In the first chapter, the author first introduces the background of research and the meaning of this topic,the research status inside and outside our country,and then analyzes its idea and methods in research.In the second chapter, the author analyzes the related concepts and theories. He also tries to find out how these theories affecting the research.In the third chapter, the author analyzes why she chooses the modern educational technology as the content to design the plan of blending learning and the shortcomings existed in the process of teaching modern educational technology. And then on the basis of theory, She tries to design a plan of blending learning on the modern educational technology from learning content, learning objectives, learning organization, learning method, evaluation and resources.In the fourth chapter, taking grade 2004 students in Institute of the Arts in some normal university, the author has developed relevant network learning resources, and put the plan into use of practice, and analyzes the learning outcome of the students.In the fifth chapter, the author analyzes the result of studying and sum up the problems occurred in the process of teaching practice. The author also finds out its deficiencies, and tries to offer improved plan of next step.
