Research On Designing Of Personalized Recommendation System Of E-learning Resources Based On E-learning Behavior

The development of the Internet has made the network learning increasingly popular.The concept of lifelong learning has been deeply rooted among the people,and has brought the development opportunity for the network learning.The convenience and openness of E-learning give learners a convenient channel to acquire learning resources anytime and anywhere.Therefore,E-learning has rapidly developed into the backbone of modern distance education system.Everyone can enjoy the fair educational opportunities in the E-learning environment,they can access to the massive learning resources through the internet.However,there are still some serious problems as the results of “Information Trek”.On one hand,learners have to spend plenty of time to obtain the necessary learning resources among the vast resources.On the other hand,it's hardly for learners to get the learning resources that meet their individual needs immediately.This paper makes analysis with E-learners' learning behavior for purpose of acquiring their learning style.With the design of the personalized learning resource recommendation system,we can provide personalized resource recommendation service for the learners,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of the network learning.The main contents of the paper include the following aspects:Firstly,introduced the domestic and overseas research status of the application of personalized recommendation in the field education,through the comparative analysis concluded that E-learning resources personalized recommendation on the basis of the learning behavior analysis is a new perspective which has research value.Secondly,the necessity,related theories and influencing factors of E-learning behavior analysis are expounded,and the significance of the study of E-learning behavior to personalized recommender system is proposed.Thirdly,making introduction of personalized recommendation technology and commonly used algorithms,and making comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm to provide support for system design.Fourthly,it introduces the preliminary work of system design,including the analysis of user expectation,the principle and criterion of network learning resource evaluation,which is the basis of system function design.Fifth,according to the goal of the system design,as well as the pre-analysis of the system function requirements,it makes design of learning resources personalized recommendation system.
