The era of science and technology enabling education has made great changes in the field of education.New media,new technologies and new concepts springing up like bamboo shoots provide convenient support and poses challenges for teachers in the new era.The state conducts information-based teaching training for In-service teachers of all disciplines and levels.The cultivation of teachers' Informationized Teaching Ability is becoming more and more important.Normal students,as pre-service teachers,should take this stick and become the promoters of educational modernization.Therefore,the cultivation of normal students' Informatization Teaching Ability is particularly critical.Blending learning is a new way of learning in the information age.It pays attention to the guidance of teachers and gives full play to the initiative and creativity of learners.It has certain advantages in ability training.The introduction of ecological concept provides an important theoretical guidance for this study.This study is based on the cultivation of Informationized Teaching Ability,it also tries to promote learners' Informationized Teaching Ability by designing and organizing blended learning activities from the ecological perspective.This study extracts the elements of diversified learning activities to promote the cultivation of normal students' Informationized Teaching Ability.Through the study and analysis of the basic principles of ecological concept,activity theory and blended learning theory and practice,constructs the design model of blended learning activities from the ecological perspective,and carries out practical illustration and effect analysis with specific activity cases.Starting from the standard of Informationized Teaching Ability of normal school students,this study investigates and analyses the situation of Informationized Teaching Ability before learners' activities through questionnaires,and puts forward four weak abilities: autonomous learning,research innovation,process design and practice reserve.Under the guidance of the third-generation activity theory,it puts forward five elements of Blended Learning Activities:learning community,learning objectives,learning support,learning tasks and learning evaluation.Under the guidance of the ecological view,focusing on the four weak abilities of learners,combining with the organizational form of blended learning activities,this paper constructs a micro-ecology of blended learning activities,which has the ecological function ofcultivating normal students' Informationization Teaching Ability.In the micro-ecology,learning community as the ecological subject,learning objectives,learning support,learning tasks and learning evaluation as ecological factors,learning objectives differentiation,learning resources connectivity,learning environment adaptability,learning task inquiry and learning evaluation diversification as ecological feature.Based on above,this paper forms the integral design model of blended learning activities from the ecological perspective.In order to verify the validity of the above viewpoints,a design-based study was adopted to design and implement specific cases based on the curriculum project of Modern Educational Technology Development and Application.Finally,the effect was analyzed and summarized through the post-test of Informationized Teaching Ability of normal students,the questionnaire of satisfaction with learning activities and interviews.The study found that students highly recognized the blended learning activities in the ecological perspective,not only acquired skills in practice,but also broadened professional horizons,effectively stimulated the initiative and creativity of learners,and enhanced the Informatization Teaching Ability of normal students.This practice is a new attempt.I hope that it will be perfected in the future of theoretical and practical research and truly realize the internationalized nationwide teaching.
