Today is the age of information, and information technology development is not only a challenge for the education, but also opportunities, We should seize the opportunities to meet the challenges of education, and teachers should be the master of educational technology and technology literacy, In recently, what is the attitudes of the current educational Tec primary and the use of status in secondary school teachers of China. What is the existing problem? My thesis will be based on practice, in order to achieve the thinking of "discover the problem-a solution-to achieve the program-verify program".Presently, most primary and secondary school recognize the importance of technical training of teachers, and send teachers to attend training many times, and the teachers also have the enthusiasm to attend training and achieve the good result. However, the use of educational technology teachers for the enthusiasm is not high, I passed on the investigation and interview with a typical case analysis revealed the following problems:teachers do not know the depth of educational technology which led to misuse problems; teachers unable to obtain follow-up study support issues; disconnect between the training of technical education and teaching practice.How to solve the above problem is the major work done in this study. Analysis of the above-mentioned problems found in the basis, through analysis of web-based learning conditions and resources study mode has the advantage of teacher learning education, propose the tentative idea of Construct teaching support system, and envisaged in the teachers of this system study the role of educational technology to locate. On these analysis, the paper according to learner characteristics and learning resources in a network environment in the process of designing an information support system of teaching modules and system architecture. Then paper basically the main function of the system, and function modules are described in detail. Finally, the system had a preliminary trial and evaluation, verification of the information support system of teaching effectiveness.This study was designed for information technology teaching and learning as the main characteristics of self-teaching support network platform, system modules including basic courses module, content module, case and courseware modules, evaluation modules and the exchange of Q & A module. It can not only learn basic knowledge can also be carried out in-depth study, learners can also learn from case studies and courseware templates, and self-evaluation and communication and cooperation. It also have the ability to adapt to the level of teachers in primary and secondary school learning and the exchange, so that learners learn in different levels of resources and exchange of experience to share in the real teaching of educational technology to bring powerful advantages and effectiveness, and promote active use in teaching educational technology, thus promoting the process of information education.
