At the end of the 20th century, the Chinese children's personality default has caused great uneasy among the Chinese people. Research study on it from various aspects has been carried out. And in the Chinese language teaching circle, the majority approve that one of the reasons is the inadequate nurture of humanities. Thus it is advocated that equal balance should be kept between the function as a language tool and its function as means of nurturing people referring to the Chinese language teaching. There should not be any bias between the two and even more strength should be laid on the latter. After the practice and observation on it for some time, its effect turns out.This dissertation focuses on the above concern from the aspect of the children's literature. The reason is that the children's literature, which is tailored to the taste of those aged from 3 to 15, is a very important part of the Chinese language course in the primary and secondary stage. Moreover, their aesthetic accomplishment through literature teaching plays an active part in the enforcement of the student's quality as well as has great influence on the formation of their character and personality. It, therefore, fastens the process of the students'self-development and strengthens their aesthetic ability so as to achieve the improvement of the students well-being as a whole. .Based on that, I hold the view of"enforcing the children's aesthetic ability and accomplishment via the children's literature teaching"and proved its necessity, possibility and the practical way of handling it. Hopefully it may be of help to those in this field.The main research contents are:1. the value of the children's literature and the aesthetic accomplishment2. the reality of the children's literature performance3. the strategies of cultivating the students'aesthetic ability through literature teachingThe main research methods are: documentation research; survey; resources analysis, etc. Upon research and study I realized that the humanities, literary ability and amount of reading vary a lot among students. By my own teaching experiences I collected a great deal of cases on how great the influence is on children. Then I analyzed them systematically from the view of aesthetics and literature on both theories and practice .Then I proved its importance ,necessity and means of performance.The present research reality in this field in our country is either on adopting aesthetics in the Chinese language teaching or on the statement of the relationships among aesthetic psychology, it's development, artistic education and the factors in individual psychological aesthetic accomplishment, the differences of aesthetic characters and the unconsciousness in performances. And the former is more than the latter as is the research study on the interest and amount of reading while comparatively less of the research on personality enrichment via the children's literature education. The study on it is especially lag behind mainly on the part of the value of the children's literature. And the key problem is lack of practical ways of performing it. Therefore, I have sound statement of the value of the precious literature works and listed out the method of how to perform it.
