Subject: The home and abroad sport immunology research already confirmed that, immunity can be improved by moderate exercise, but can be suppressed by high intensive training, even to present an obvious exercise-induced immunosuppression phenomenon. The factor is so many, and IL-2 and slL-2R's researches paid more attention to detect it in the blood serum in the past, but how the secretion changing tendency of cell factor in the present is what we are concentrated, now the home and abroad sports medical arena research are so little. Now we try to observe the responsibility and recovery of IL-2 and sIL-2R in incremental exercise.Method: 72 female rats jogging in the treadmill for adaptation under the speed of 10m/min for one week, and then begin from the speed of 20m/min in the second week, add to 40m/min in the sixth week increase progressively by 5m/min each week. The spleen was taken before, just after and three hours after exercise respectively in 0W, 2W, 4W, 6W weekend. We use the ELISA to detect the concentration of IL-2 and slL-2R.Results:1. Change of respone of IL-2 and sIL-2R in cremental exercise in each week Change of IL-2: WK0: Group J has no significance change with Group A, Group 3h is higher than Group J one times, and higher than Group A one times(p<0.01); WK2: Group J has no significance change Group A, Group 3h is lower than Group J 13%, and lower than Group A 15%(p<0.01);WK4: Group J is higher than Group A 17%, Group 3h is higher than Group J 23%, and higher than Group A 21%(p<0.01); WK6: Group J has no significance change Group A, Group 3h is higher than Group J 37%, and higher than Group A 21%(p<0.01).Change of sIL-2R: WK0: Group J is lower than Group A 50%(p<0.01), Group 3h has no significance change Group A; WK2: Group J is lower than has no significance change Group A 30%, Group 3h is lower than Group J 29%, and lower than Group A 70%(p<0.01);WK4: Group J has no significance change with Group A, Group 3h is higher than Group J one times, and higher than Group A one times(p<0.01); WK6: Group J has no significance change with Group A, Group 3h is lower than Group J 39%, and just as Group A 65%(p<0.01). 2. Change of adaptation of IL-2 and slL-2R in cremental exercise in each week Change of of IL-2: WK2 is less than WK0 1/13(P<0.01), WK4 is higher than WK2 27 times(P<0.01), and WK4 is higher than WK0 2 times(P<0.01), WK6 decrease to WK4 58%(P<0.01); and WK6 has no significance change with WK0.Change of sIL-2R: WK2 is less than WK0 1/100(P<0.01), WK4 is higher than WK0 45 times(P<0.01), but just as WK0 37%(P<0.01); WK6 decrease to WK4 73%(P<0.01); just as WK0 23%(P<0.01).Conclusion:1. The responsive characteristic of IL-2 is that the concentration of IL-2 increased later three hours after exercise in incremental exercise, but the response take place on different levels, it maybe has the relationship with the stress hormones, apoptosis myocyte and the metabolism products.2. The responsive characteristic of sIL-2R is that the expression of s IL-2R increased later three hours after exercise in incremental exercise in WK0, WK4, but deceased in WK6, and the expression take place on different levels.3. The concentration of IL-2 and the expression of s IL-2R are the lowest level in WK2 of the whole process, maybe the body in the condition of shock phase.4. The process of adaptation is that body be simulated changed from extreme inadaptation-adaptation step by step and then to the inadaptation again. The secretion of interleukine-2 to fluctuate up and down in the WK0 level, but the expression of soluble interleukine-2 receptor is up and down below the WK0 level extreme.5. The secretion of interleukine-2 and the expression of soluble interleukine-2 receptor have an asynchronization, so the body in the conditon of hypoimmunity, but it endeavour to maintain the immunity function by the secretion of interleukine-2 increased.
