With the development of popularization of higher education in our country, the education in senior high school was gradually concerned by many people. The urban key senior high school teachers are the principal part of realizing the difficult task of delivering excellent students to universities. Slightly speaking, teacher's working state will directly influent the student's quality in higher education. Moreover, it will indirectly affect the country and nation's development in the long run. In the investigation and study of the problem of urban key senior high school teachers'occupational burnout in the capital city of a province, it is found that 80.5% percent of the first front senior high school teachers have the problem of occupational burnout.These burnouts are mainly representing as the following: a long period coldness of occupational sensibility; the concealed disharmony exist in the relationship between teacher and students, as well as in colleagues; widely consideration of high work intensity and unbearable working pressure; widely consideration of lack of the sense of achievement in work.Therefore, the author utilize the humanity theory of Marxism to analyze the problem of urban key senior high school teachers'occupational burnout from the perspective of philosophy, and propose that social factor, organizational factor, occupational factor and personal factor are the even more humanism source of problem of urban key senior high school teachers'occupational burnout under the perspective of education philosophy, among which the high expectation for teachers by the development of society and the high requirement for teachers by the educational reform are the macroscopically restrictive conditions; the concealed pressure for teachers in teacher appraisal system and the apparent pressure for teachers in school competition system are the microcosmic constraint conditions; prescriptive ability of occupation ability and prescriptive working intensity are the objective prescriptive condition; the contrast of teachers'high expectation of themselves and their actual ability or experience as well as the sub healthy of teachers'psychology and body are the subjective reality conditions.In corresponding countermeasures researches basing on the background of human's subjectivite theory of Marx's humanics ideology, the author consider that establishing the new occupational consciousness oriented with promoting the subjective position of teacher, new individual accomplishment, new manage style, new system protection, new relationship of teachers and students and new teaching and researching ways are the countermeasures of new perspective to the problem of teachers'occupational burnout in urban key senior high school.
