Content:Based on the questionnaire survey of 497 employees, the author designs the questionnaires on perceived position-value and employee loyalty, through which the author identifies the structures of perceived position-value and employee loyalty. What is more, explores the relations between perceived position-value, organizational commitment and employee loyalty. Finally, analyzes the effects that demographic variables and organizational background variables on perceived position-value and employee loyalty. The result indicates that: (1) Perceived position-value consists of three dimensions, which respectively are boon-getting value, human-relation harmony value and career development value. Employee loyalty also consists of three dimensions which respectively are the degree of employee contribution, degree of employee stability and influence of employee loyalty on fellow workers; (2) Perceived position-value has a positive prediction to organizational commitment and employee loyalty and meanwhile the organizational commitment has a positive prediction to employee loyalty; (3) Both demographic variables and organizational background variables have certain effects on perceived position-value and employee loyalty.
