| The new turn of curriculum reform of basic education, requested the teachers to develop and utilize the curriculum resources. "Summary of the Basic education Curriculum Reform (Implementated)" issued in 2001 by the Ministry of Education claimed in the fifth part--"the teaching material development and management" that "the school and the teachers should take the initiative to make reasonable use of various curriculum resources both inside and outside school. The school libraries, laboratories, classrooms for specific teaching purposes, and other teaching facilities should be fully utilized, as well as other social resources such as libraries, museums, exhibition centers, science and technology museums, factories, countryside, army and scientific research institutions." However in the actual teaching process, the majority teachers are not fully aware of the concept of curriculum resources, and are not familiar with the way to develop and utilize curriculum resources, thus, the idea of curriculum resources development has not been thoroughly accepted. Therefore, Under the background of curriculum reform of basic education, taking the development and utilization of medium curriculum resources in Chinese language teaching as the clue, one of this research goals is to provide the teachers with methods and share with them the experience in the curriculum resources development; and it is hoped that the research can enlighten fellow teachers to involve the idea of curriculum resources development into teaching process, develop positively and make reasonable use of each kind of curriculum resources.People in contemporary society are living a life full of different kinds of media, and their influence upon people is on the increase. The books, the television, the network are occupying people's life. With regard to the young people, the influence of medium presents such characteristics: on the one hand, the medium has provided the enormous messages and widen th(?)ir vision; on the other hand, the medium conveys certain contents that may have bad effects on the young people. Therefore, we must enhance young people's media literacy, strengthen the positive and reduce the negative influence of the medium. Under such a situation, the other goal of this research is to consciously introduce positive contents in the medium into teaching process, help and instruct the young people to make a full use of the medium in the correct way and resist the negative influences.Based on such two goals, this research about the relationship between curriculum resources of medium and Chinese language teaching takes the language teaching as the joint, uses specialty of Chinese as the mother language, relates the medium and the curriculum resources and discusses the co-relationship among language teaching under medium environment, medium in the view of curriculum resources development and Chinese curriculum resources in medium. This article puts forward the concept of "curriculum resources of medium", mainly expounds three problems: the concept and classification of curriculum resources of medium (which introduces medium resources), the relationship between curriculum resources of medium and Chinese language teaching(which solves the problem why curriculum medium resources are needed in Chinese language teaching), the application of curriculum resources of medium in Chinese language teaching(which solves the problem how curriculum resources of medium is applied in Chinese language teaching).In a word, there are rich Chinese curriculum resources in the media, which awaits conscious development and use by Chinese language teachers. Development of Chinese curriculum resources of medium is demanded both upon curriculum reform of basic education and Chinese language quality of the students and their media literacy in order to insure the healthy growth of the young people. |
