| The methods in scientific research is an important component of literacy education. This paper preliminarily explorates and studies on theory and practical issues of the education of scientific method in the secondary geography education, including the investigation of the status about the education of scientific method in the secondary geography education ;areas of focus,implementation and evaluation in the education of the methods in scientific research in the secondary geography education.This paper mainly used questionnaires, interviews and literature reading. The object of the questionnaire survey to students is 165 students(homoharring- tonine)who come from different secondary schools in Wenzhou, including the regular classes and the experimental classes, and the questionnaire survey take used anonymous form . The result of the questionnaire survey is that, the level of the students in the education of the methods in scientific research in the secondary geography education is relatively low; students lack of initiative in the education of the methods in scientific research in the secondary geography education; ideas in geography new curriculum have not been fully reflected. Subsequently, the object of the questionnaire survey to teacher is 27 geography teachers in different provinces. And the result of the questionnaire survey is that, geography teachers lack of the recognizing in the education of the methods in scientific research in the secondary geography education; teachers lack of the knowledge of the methods in scientific research; it is difficult for teachers to accurately grasp content and level of the education of the methods in scientific research in the secondary geography education in current new curriculum standard. It is rarely difficult for geography teachers to implement scientific education in the classroom.This paper argues that, the education of the methods in scientific research in the secondary geography education in china is still at the initial stage. After checking and analysis of the relevant theoretical knowledge, this paper given some suggestions: firstly, under the standards of the new courses, students psychological development of their own disciplines and geographical features, this paper presents the areas of focus and goal level in the education of the methods in scientific research in the secondary geography education. Secondly, this paper give the approaches of the education of the methods in scientific research in the secondary geography education. Finally, in view of the current evaluation mechanism unitary ,this paper proposes several evaluation methods of the education of the methods in scientific research in the secondary geography education. |
