The Early Attempt To Carry Out The Sexual Education In High Schools

Sexual education is a common demand among human beings society. The puberty sexual education has a deep effect on one's achievements all his life and the puberty sexual education for high school students is one of the major subjects and it has drawn attention all over the world,which is quiet significant. To find out the present situation of it, and to discuss the effective method of the education,the author has carried out questionnaire investigation among 30 school administrators, 100 parents,50 related teachers as well as 1000 students from 10 high schools in different district in Changchun.The result shows that now school can not satisfy the demand of students for sexual education. School has not yet become the main channel of sexual knowledge for students to get from. The way students get the knowledge is quite worrying. Parts of the students have not formed proper idea for sex.82.6% of the students is confused about sexual knowledge,86.68% householders and 98.6% of the teachers think that it is necessary to hold sexual education to middle school students. Conclusion: to hold sexual education is necessary and feasible. In the course of sexual education to middle school students,we should abide the principles of"suited time,suited degree,suited quantity",and contribute to the construction of socialistic mental civilization,reject the western "sexual open". High school students have a strong itch for sexual knowledge, desiring not only the amount but also the quality. Thus high schools as well as biology teachers are responsible for it. We should introduce the sexual education to the campus and the class without any apprehension. The effect measures such as classroom penetration and taking as an elective course lectures as well as network chat etc. should be taken. The situation which school,society and family all joined into would form and would pioneer an effective way of sexual education, consequently.
