Teachers'countinuing training is an important guarantee for improving the quality of teachers and promoting the development of education. School-based training is an effective form of teachers'continuing training, which plays an important role in pushing forward the new round of school courses to reform, bringing about an advance in teacher's speciality, meeting teachers'need of training individualizedly and deepening education reform. For the school, in the school and based on the school is the core of school-based training. Our country is vast in territory and the development of economy, culture and education in different areas is not balanced. There are great differences between schools in different areas also. So, in the course of implementing the school-based training, each school may come across different problems. This article discusses the main problems existing in the course of implementing the school-based training in the middle schools of Xingang District, Dalian. According to the theory of school-based training and the advanced methods of other areas of our country, the article puts forward the countermeasures and measures that accord with the actual situation, such as giving full play to the educational administration, strengthening the macroscopical leadership to this training of the school, optimizing the management of the school-based training, choosing the training contents that meet the need conscientiously and exploring the means and stages that suit the schools, expecting to offer guidance and help to the training of the middle schools in Xigang District of Dalian and to promote the development thoroughly. Meanwhile, the results of this study also can be inspiration and reference to the schools in the same areas.
