Since 1977, the constant advancement of new curriculum about the high school Chinese has set a higher request to scientific process of the college entrance examination (Chinese subject).The discussion about proposition characteristic of the college entrance examination (Chinese subject) composition test question has become one of focal points which the people pay attention to. This article starts from disentangling three stages of the college entrance examination composition , and emphatically has discussed its success and the lesson from two aspects , namely (1) proposition aspect and(2) grades standard aspect, afterwards, again has studied the 4 principles that should been followed ,which are (1) following the national teaching program is the first qualification to the college entrance examination (Chinese subject) composition test question (2) depending on the textbook is the important gist to the college entrance examination (Chinese subject) composition test question (3) persisting on writing fairness is guiding ideology the college entrance examination (Chinese subject) composition test question (4) consideration to conception polytropism is ultimate principle to the college entrance examination (Chinese subject) composition test question.
