Reasearch On Problem About Teacher Inspiration Of The Combined Universisties

TO promote optimization of resources in high school, a group of high schools in our country amalgamated and reorganized since the 1990's. The Combined Universisties took a series of effective steps suited to local conditions in order to raise level of running school, rich school's connotation, and strengthen its competitive power at the core. One of the effective steps is arousing the teacher's enthusiasm through inspiration. Most of fields in high school, such as instruction, scientific research, talent training, and conformity of campus culture cannot run well without teacher's creative work. To a certain extent, teacher is the decisive factor which restrains the sustainable development after the amalgamation. It is necessary to study the problem about the teacher inspiration in Combined Universisties, then it will give the teachers essential inspiration effectively and arouse their enthusiasm.Based on the oriented hypothesis, by means of field research, literature research, comparative research and social analysis research, this article explored present inspiration condition of Combined Universisties'teachers. It firstly compared Combined Universities with Uncombined Universities in differences of teacher inspiration. Secondly it revealed some problems about the teacher inspiration in Combined Universities from the following several sectors: material incentive, spiritual incentive, employ system, teacher evaluation and teacher statue. Thirdly from three levels including society, schools and teachers, it dissected the reason that causes the above problems. At last, according to these problems and reasons, it studied Combined Universities in relative inspiration theories, basic principles, and model about teacher inspiration, and finally proposed more rational strategies about teacher inspiration.
