with researches on three kinds of middle schools under different conditions in Chuxiong prefecture,this thesis has analyzed the teachers' present conditions in different schools.Connected with times spirit by theory and practice, it has made a positive exploration on the aspect of teachers' inspiration. The goal is to let school managers establish effective teacher's inspiration system according to their differentiate situation,develop teacher's potential,bring every positive factor into full play,improve teacher's quality and let them successfully accomplish teachers' mission the history endows.This thesis mainly puts school management science, management psychology and human resources management science on the theory frame,bases on documentation,talking and questionnaire and aims at some schools which are chosen from the towns, counties and city in Chuxiong,it analyzes those teachers' natural situation and inherent need inclination.It proposes the establishment of the teachers' inspiration system may be divided into A,B and C three types.Type A is the key schools in the capital of Chuxiong prefecture ,type B is the first middle schools in the counties or the general schools near the counties,and type C belongs to the schools in the remote mountain areas.Each differ type is suitable for its localization and design.Type A may adopt objective inspiration style,type B can use ability inspiration style,and type C with firm but gentle system style.
