The Construction And Development Research Of Supervisor Team Of Guangxi

The essence of educational supervision is the supervisory and directive activities which are especially for the educational projects by the inner departments of our government. Educational supervision has the functions of"supervise the government"and"supervise the schools"and it also is an important guarantee for the qualified education. I have participated the supervisory activities sponsored by the supervisors of the government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for many times and I got some feelings and inspiration about the construction of the educational supervisor team. So I choose this topic: the Construction and Development Research of Supervisor Team of Guangxi for my thesis.The educational supervisors shoulder the supervisory and implementary mission and their quality has great effect on the supervisory work .If we want to improve the overall quality of the supervisory work and make it a real important guarantee for the qualified education we must be care about the selection and the improvement of supervisors and strengthen the construction work of the supervisory team. It is very important and urgent to construct a high-quality supervisor team for Guangxi or other western ethnic minority regions in China in the new century.It is need to strengthen the research work to meet the implementation of the construction and development work of the educational supervisor team for the western ethnic minority regions in China. However, the academic research about the construction and development work of the educational supervisor team is not sufficient and there is few articles or works about this field, especially those for the western ethnic minority regions in China. My research focuses on the construction of supervisor team of Guangxi especially on the typical problems and then raises out 4 major strategies and 17 measures to solve these problems. These strategies and measures are contiguous, relevant, integrity, effective and operational. They are useful both for Guangxi and other western ethnic minority regions in China.My article contains five parts. The first part "Introduction" introduces the basic information, the significance, the status of research, the ideas and the research methods about the construction of the educational supervisor team.Part II "the Basis, Objectives and Requirements of the Construction of the Educational Supervisor Team of Guangxi." is the foundation of the full text.
