Study On The Incentive Of University's Scientific Research Innovation

University, as the bases of advanced talents training and scientific researches, has played an important role in the national knowledge innovation systems. The university is having more advantages in knowledge integration, advanced talents and freshmen concentration, and becoming the main force for scientific research and technical innovation in our county. The reform of higher education system has enhanced the power of scientific research and technical innovation in universities. Meanwhile, scientific research and technical innovation have faced a lot of problems. The lack of incentive for scientific research and technical innovation is the major problem. Systematic studies about the incentive mechanism of the scientific research and technical innovation in universities have not been reported in China. Currently, the evaluation of scientific research considers only more quantity, not quality, and little attention has been paid to the incentive for research team. Whether the scientific research and technical innovation could be realized and the level of scientific research work could be upgraded depend on scientific research management and effective incentive mechanism to a great degree. Therefore, the objective of this study is focused on the incentive mechanism of university's scientific research and technical innovation.
