with the deep practice of the reform of new curriculum and the coming of the times of dialogue, Dialogue-Instruction, as a new teaching way that is different from the traditional ones, quickly omes the focus that people concern and research. However, the theory of Dialogue-Instruction exposes many kinds of difficulties when it goes to the teaching practice, and then seriously prevents the development of the reform of new curriculum. In order to find out the effective strategies to carry out the Dialogue-Instruction, this thesis deeply discusses the practice of Dialogue-Teaching by synthetically utilizing the methods such as reference to bibliographies, analysis method, inquiring method and action research method. Theoretically, to promote teachers to form a profound realization to Dialogue-Instruction. Practically, construct a Dialogue-Instruction mode that has four stages from the perspective of constructional teaching mode, transferring the Dialogue-Instruction from theory to practice, avoiding the aimlessness in Dialogue-Instruction practice; reducing the frequency of problem emergence. In order to further the operation of the mode, the writer researches specifically the practicing strategy of the Dialogue-Instruction mode, advancing the Dialogue- Instruction theory turn into practice smoother.There are six parts in this thesis:Part I expounds the reasons of the research in this thesis. The present research situation in home and abroad and the value and method of this research, meanwhile, organizing the basic ideas of this research.Part II discusses the various problems and the reasons in the course of practicing the Dialogue-Instruction. There are many problems existing such as artificial dialogues; non-realistic co-operational study; absolute conflict between dialogue and instruction and losing teaching aims to form Dialogue-Instruction, etc. after studying, the writer finds that the teachers are short of the systematic knowledge in theory and lack the scientific and specific teaching mode.Part III expounds the essence of Dialogue-Instruction. At first, clarifies the bases of Dialogue-Instruction theory: communicating action theory is the philosophical base; social constructivism is the psychological base.
