Study On China Higher Education Pricing System At Present

China higher education tuition system has been practiced in our country for more than ten years. Its active meaning and contribution to higher education is unassailable. With the fleeting increase of tuition year after year, the constitution of standard tuition, which is a focus, is the disputing issue existed in today academia. The dispute mainly aims at the issue of lack of scientific basis. Construction of tuition standard model aids to normalize tuition standard, provides helpful reference for policy constitutor and promotes scientific advancement of constituting tuition on higher education. The study of this thesis does active improvement to solving above issues.Scientific explanation and reasonable reality is the two essential characteristics, which the tuition and its pricing system should possess. In this thesis, it says that explanation reality of tuition pricing system has its own objective historical basis and international reference. It can be certificated by ascending and analyzing history as well as international comparison and enlightenment. For the sake of comparison and preference, higher education tuition status quo of china and developed countries is analyzed in this thesis.This thesis tries to analyze the relating factors influencing tuition of higher education by using certain basic theory and viewpoint of economics and educational economics. The analysis establishes theory basis on constituting higher education tuition reasonably. From a fire-new view angle and public price theory of microeconomics, this thesis annotates the pricing system of higher education tuition, which is a society hotspot, puts forward a new tuition system (credit hour tuition system) by using public two-parts pricing method and finally constructs the standard formula model of tuition.In this thesis the practice study emphasizes on scientifically accounting and reasonably controlling operating cost, establishing undergraduate aid system matching tuition and holding price meetings for hearing of tuition witness.
