The Study On The Local Governments' Countermeasures For Chinese Migrant Children's Compulsory Education

The characters of migrant people in China have experienced scale-up and structure changing since 1990s. Due to family migrants and the length of migrant parents stay in the cities, the problem of migrant children's compulsory education occurs. The thesis is focusing on the study of the local governments'countermeasures for migrant children's compulsory education, because this is not only an educational problem but also an important case relating to the sustainable development of economy, prosperity and stabilization of country, education justice and the construction of harmonious society. Analyze the influence factors during local governments carrying out relative policies on the basis of public policy"Process Mold". Then taking the countermeasures of Wuxi government as a case, compare the advantages and disadvantages. According to the preceding theoretical analysis and the practical research, it comes to some conclusions and offers several pieces of responding suggestions.
