In inappropriate modern life, the faster the pace of life goes, the higher the pressure people faces, and then the heavier their spirit burden becomes. Usually, people work more and rest less; eat more, but exercise less, which has brought some hidden trouble for many diseases. However, with the development of the modern society, in the face of pressure in work and life, people have to maintain a healthy body and a good essence. So, at the same time of constant search and improvement of a better life quality, "health preservation" attracts more and more modern men's attention.With the reform and opening of China, the WTO accession and the successful holding of the Olympic Games, the fitness market in china becomes more and more prosperous, more and new fitness methods come into China, such as Yoga, setting-up exercise and Pulati, etc. Because of the simple movements and deep propaganda, they become popular at gyms and are well-known. When people choose the way to preserve health, many of them carry certain blindness and run after fashion, so, they try every popular healthy method everyday, and such frequent replacement of healthy projects fails to reach the healthy result they expected. Why don't modern men concern with the unique and the most suitable traditional sport preservation in China? There are many reasons. In addition to the lack of propaganda and succession of traditional sports preservation, the author thinks that modern man doesn't truly understand the contents, roles and concepts of Chinese traditional sports preservation, and even some people believe that the concepts of traditional sports preservation are unscientific, corrupt, and not suitable for the rapid development of modern society which cares about efficiency and speed, but in fact, the scientific healthy concepts have already been contained in Chinese traditional sports preservation, and furthermore, they fit the healthy concepts in modern society and modern science.
