| Research objective:To explore the influence of normal respiratory rate on "liver,heart,spleen,lung,kidney,stomach,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and pulse" before and after abdominal breathing exercise,in order to analyze the effect of abdominal breathing on health and the influence of abdominal breathing on human body,we compared the difference between cis-abdominal breathing and anti-abdominal breathing.Research Methods:A total of 29 students(18 boys and 11 girls)majoring in martial arts and traditional ethnic sports in grade 2019 were selected as experimental subjects,a 12-week abdominal breathing exercise course(2-week beginner’s course and 10-week consolidation course)with a 4-class hour/week,20-minute/hour schedule.At the end of the initial course and the consolidation course,10 minutes of cis-abdominal breathing exercises and antiabdominal breathing exercises were performed,all indexes of human body were measured and analyzed by non-sense hand-detecting instrument and Omron sphygmomanometer,and the subjects were interviewed after practice.Results:(1)Among the initial learners,before and after the cis-abdominal breathing exercise,"heart,spleen,kidney,stomach,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure" had significant difference(P<0.05);before and after the anti-abdominal breathing exercise,"lung,stomach and diastolic pressure" had significant difference(P<0.05).(2)Among consolidators,before and after the cis-abdominal breathing exercise,"liver,heart,lung,kidney,stomach and diastolic pressure" had significant difference(P<0.05);before and after the anti-abdominal breathing exercise,"liver,heart and kidney" had significant difference(P<0.05).(3)After the 12-week training course,"liver,heart,spleen,kidney,stomach,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure" had significant difference before and after the cis-abdominal breathing course(P<0.05);"heart,spleen,kidney,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure"were significantly different before and after the anti-abdominal breathing course(P<0.05).(4)The "heart" of beginners showed significant difference(P<0.05)in the comparison results of cis-abdominal breathing and anti-abdominal breathing(P<0.05),and the other indexes did not reach significant difference;"liver,heart,spleen,kidney,stomach,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and pulse" did not reach significant difference in the comparison of cis-abdominal breathing and anti-abdominal breathing between the consolidators and the 12-week training course.Research Conclusions:(1)In the initial study of abdominal breathing method,exercise can produce a better health effect on the human body.Among them,"stomach,diastolic pressure"the most significant health effect,"heart,spleen,lung,kidney,systolic pressure" is the second,"liver,pulse" did not have a significant impact.The results show that short-time study can obviously regulate and keep in good health for human body viscera,indicating that abdominal breathing is easy to learn,easy to control and can produce high compliance.Therefore,abdominal breathing can be used as a means of health care in the general population to promote and popularize.(2)After mastering the method of abdominal breathing skillfully,practicing can produce better health-preserving effect on human body.Among them,"liver,heart,kidney" the most significant health effect,"lung,stomach,diastolic pressure" is the second,"spleen,systolic pressure,pulse" did not have a significant impact.(3)After the 12-week training course,abdominal breathing on the human body can produce a significant health effect.Among them,"heart,spleen,kidney,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure" the most significant health effect,"liver,stomach" is the second,"lung,pulse" did not have a significant impact.(4)In the comparison of the effect of cis-abdominal breathing and anti-abdominal breathing,there was a significant difference in the effect of "Heart" after the initial course,which indicated that the effect of cis-abdominal breathing on "Heart" was better than that of antiabdominal breathing,but the remaining indicators showed significant differences;before and after the consolidation course and the 12-week course,"liver,heart,spleen,lung,kidney,stomach,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,pulse" there is no significant difference in health-preserving effect,the cis-abdominal breathing and anti-abdominal breathing exercises have no significant difference in the health efficacy of the human body. |
