Research On The Shared Cost Of Education And Student And In Graduate Education

The sharing of postgraduates' educational cost and financial aid are indispensable links and financial means to ensure the justice ,to realize the control, to optimize the structure if the postgraduates' education is charged. Nowadays, with the enlargement of the undergraduates' and postgraduates' recruitment, the government can not afford to burden more with day by day increasement in requiring for the educational expenditure and allowance. Many countries have being explored actively the new way to share the postgraduates' educational cost diversely. Some countries give the students financial aid on the base of their fees, that is the higher fees, the more financial aid. The perfect assistance policy can ensure a policy of the sharing postgraduates' educational cost. And the sharing and supporting can ensure the quality of the postgraduates' education in the conditions of the recruit enlargement. This subject is launched under this background.The object of this study is about the postgraduates in our country. And the author analyzes the sharing of postgraduates' education cost and financial aid both in theory and practice. The study explores the reasons and the existing problems in the shared cost of education and student aid in graduate education .It brings up some suggestions for the policy of the sharing and assistance by comparing with foreign experiences so that the government can make a standard and definite system of the sharing and supporting by the policy.
