Objective: In this experiment,80 overweight / obese subjects underwent 6-week simulated hypoxic and normoxic exercise training,and compared hypoglycemic and normoxic training subjects with glucose and lipid metabolism and hypoxic adaptability before and after exercise Relevant index changes and differences between groups,explore whether simulated exercise under hypoxic conditions can improve the body composition and glucose and lipid metabolism of subjects,improve their exercise ability,and evaluate the effect of exercise under simulated hypoxic conditions to improve obesity.Methods: 80 overweight/obese subjects were recruited,40 male and female,aged18 to 47 years;BMI≥24.Based on gender and BMI,80 subjects were divided into hypoxic group(40 males,20 females)and normoxic group(40 males,20 females).Participants were trained in exercise for 6 weeks,3 times a week.The training includes5 minutes of stretching before and after training,30 min strength training and 30 min endurance training.The hypoxic training group wore an inhaled atmospheric hypoxic mask and exercised under normal atmospheric hypoxic conditions through the equipment.The mixed gas inhaled contained 16% of oxygen,which was equivalent to an altitude of 2000 meters.The subject wore a hypoxic mask After resting for 5 minutes to adapt to the hypoxic environment(wait for the heart rate to return to resting heart rate);the normoxic training group exercises in the normal environment.Baseline tests were performed on the subjects’ corresponding indicators before training,and the second tests were performed after 6 weeks of exercise training.The data were tested for normal distribution,and the test results were expressed using the mean ± standard deviation,and analyzed using the change amount Δ and the change rate Δ%.Results:(1)After 6 weeks of training,the body weight,BMI,and body fat of the hypoxic group and normoxic group were all lower than before exercise(P<.01).Compared with normoxic group(P<.01).(2)ΔTC,ΔTG,ΔLDL-C in hypoxic group were lower after training(P<.01),ΔADPN and ΔLEP were higher after training(P<.05).LDL-C in normoxic group was higher after training(P<.01),ADPN was lower after training(P<.05).ΔTC%,ΔLDL-C%,and ΔADPN% in the hypoxia group were lower than those in the normoxic group(P<.01).TG and LEP were lower than those in the normoxic group(P<.05).(3)FPG,FPI and HOMA-IR in the hypoxic group were lower than before training(P<.01).The ΔFPG% and ΔHOMA-IR% of the hypoxia group were lower than those of the normoxic group(P<.01).the ΔFPI% of the hypoxia group was lower than those of the normoxic group(P <.05).(4)EPO and HIF-1α in hypoxia group were higher after training(P<.01);VEGF was higher after training(P<.05);ΔHIF-1α in normoxic group was statistically lower after training.(P<.01).VEGF% and HIF-1α% in the hypoxic group increased compared with the normoxic group(P<.01);ΔEPO% in the hypoxic group increased compared with the normoxic group(P<.05).Conclusions:(1)Both exercise under hypoxia mask and normoxia can effectively improve body composition of overweight / obese subjects;exercise under hypox mask can reduce body fat more obviously;(2)Exercise under a hypoxic mask for 6 weeks can improve glucose metabolism disorders caused by insulin insensitivity;(3)Exercise under a hypoxic mask for 6 weeks can improve the blood lipid status of overweight /obese subjects;...
