Myths are one of important parts of one nationality cultures, a window which shows the spirits of a nationality and a embodiment of traditional morals of one nationality. Through narration of myths, do ancient people express their understanding of 'myself', constructing of existence of being and learning of relation between persons.This essay studied a few mythic texts of Tujia minority(TIAN DI GONG and TIAN DI MU, TIAN HAO HAN, XIANG LAO GUAN REN, LONG FENG YAN, SAIBAO HE BAI E)depending on Interpretationology, Narratology, Textology, Mythology, Ethics and Cultural Anthropology. Firstly, I read through mythic text, and then draw out events from the texts. After that, I break the squence of the original text events. Then, I reconstruct the order of the events and make new edge of the texts so that the new order of events is of ethic meaning .Finally, from the reconstructed texts with ethic meaning, I interpreted the traditional morals of Tujia minority.The essay argues that: through the myth of TIAN DI GONG and TIAN DI MU (the Mother of Sky and Father of Earth) ,Tujia people express that they once considered filial piety, thanksgiving action , being kindness as their morals;...
