With the development of modernization and lifestyles changing,the Tu Jia’traditional culture has gradually lost its soil and original heritage space is broken.At the same time,schools become the major place where teenagers accept education because of the popularization of nine-year compulsory education and the implementation of boarding in the ethnic minority regions.Ethnic minority regions seize the curriculum rights come from our country’s new curriculum reform and transform ethnic cultural resources to curriculum gradually in order to inherit the national culture.However, the traditional culture resources ’ curriculum ransformation is a complex and systematic process,because it refers to the analyze of the ethnic culture and the design of curriculum objectives,content,organization and implementation, evaluation.How to effectively transform ethnic cultural resources to curriculum in order to cultivate people with ethnic culture and achieve the inheritance and development of the ethnic culture,also to promote the comprehensive quality of the individual,all that is the issue of this study.Traditional culture resources of Tu Jia’ curriculum ransformation of Dianfang school in the valley of the Xiche River is typical,and it has made some effects. So,how the school transform ethnic cultural resources to curriculum effectively?What are the problems?How to improve?Based on such doubts,this study analyzes factors in the process of traditional culture resources of Tu Jia’ curriculum ransformation and sum up experience,also puts forward some suggestions,these are all from the perspective of education and anthropology and based on Taylor’s curriculum theory by using multiple methods,such as documentation,filed work,questionnaire and so on.Through the study,the main factors to get results of Tujia traditional culture resources’ curriculum ransformation are: strive for superiors and parents and other social forces to support actively, the principal’s highly valued, hire inheritor who is enthusiastic in Tujia traditional culture and develop a systemic safeguards of reward and punishment measures.Under the influence of these factors, Tujia traditional culture resources’ curriculum ransformation reflects the value of student development and Tujia traditional culture development,as well as the value of perfecting curriculum system,constructing special culture of the school,enhancing teachers’ culture knowledge of Tujia nationality.Aiming at the problems of curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation,this study suggests that should seek the guidance of experts, strengthen the use of local traditional cultural resources,focus on training a group of excellent ethnic cultur teachers, bulid incentives about material rewards and honor rewards, increase financial input to ensure teaching material,estabish a complete curriculum evaluation system.
