The twenty-first century is a time of development, challenges and competition. In such anew era, education will keep taking on the important historical task of promoting oureconomy, encouraging our people and prospering our country. To meet the furious challengestowards the international competition in the future, our Party and the State Department havedetermined advisably that we should promote the quality education roundly, and bring up anew socialistic generation adapted to the modern construction in the 21st century. Theimplement of quality education should create a nicer condition for the students, and it shouldface the whole students and try to develop the promise and the strong suit of each student.However, the history is developmental, education is variational, and our ideas areflowing as well. Therefore, an invariable education has no vitality. According to itscharacteristic, as an educator, we should adjust our ideas and develop our viewpoints;weshould pay attention to the differences among the individuals and take a fundamental reformfrom various aspects such as the teaching patterns, the teaching methods, the leaning modes,the teaching evaluation measures and so on.It mainly contains eight parts in this disquisition: advancing an issue;researching theactuality;the detailed practical scheme;the teaching effects;the possible problems that weshould pay attention to during the delaminating teaching experimentation;the reconsiderationand revelation;and the appendix as well. Thereinto, I made a detailed description of theidiographic methods of the experimentation research in the detailed practical scheme part.There are four aspects in this part as following:1. Ascertain the object that should be delaminated.2. Reform the teaching methods in class.3. Innovate the students' learning modalities and methods.4. Change the teaching evaluation measures.Through delamination, we can point out different struggling aims for each student, helpthem build up their self-confidence and inspire their studying interests. Combined with thegroup study method, the delaminating learning method allows members in each group to helpand learn from each other so that they all can make progress in such a good learningatmosphere, and gradually it can form a chasing competitive mechanism. In this way, everystudent can make a great progress on the basis of his original study.
