Sports facilities is the important matter foundation of sports career development,acc-ording to the fifth national sports field survey data relating to show,the existing sports venues of our country,the number of state-owned stadiums accounted for nearly 3/4,but collective,individual,foreign capital occupies a smaller proportion.Single current our country stadium(gymnasium)working mechanism character,they can be divided into two types:one is the cause,nature of the stadium(gymnasium)institutions,this article hereinafter referred to as the career field(Museum);two,enterprise nature of the stadium(gymnasium)institutions,this article hereinafter referred to as the enterprise field(Museum),the nature of these two fields(Pavilion)institutions in the existing Stadium(gymnasium)occupy the vast majority of institutions.This paper based on the second national sports and in 2011 the Hubei province sports and related industry special investigation results,to career field(Museum)and the operating field(Hall)the operation status of some indicators were compared and analyzed,and the specific area of Wuhan Representative Wuhan sports center and the Hongshan sports center as an example,analysis of the two in the operation mechanism,internal management and other aspects of the difference,with a view to the future same type Stadium(Museum)operation,reform and government departments to formulate relevant policies to provide valuable theoretical support and reference.The analysis results show:1.Wuhan sports center and the Hongshan Sports Center rate of assets and liabilities are at a low level,did not make full use of financial leverage.2.Hongshan Sports Center expenses self-sufficient rate year by year,reduced government subsidies.3.Wuhan sports center and Hongshan Sports Center Sports main professional business activities,operating income increased,the development of good.4.Wuhan sports center and Hongshan Sports Center Stadium operating high taxes heavier burden.5.Personnel of orgnaization overstaffed,personnel costs too high.In view of the above facilities in the operation and management problems,suggestions are as follows:1.Specific analysis of specific venues,and strive to improve financial self-sufficiency rate.2.Reasonable use financial lever,improve venues yields.3.Venue to play their own advantages achieved operating income growth,the government should also properly support.4.Energetically developing sports professional business activity,achieve social and economic benefits of double interaction.5.Strengthen the institutions of types of sports expenditure management,optimize personnel structure and reduce public expenditure,reasonable allocation.6.Strengthen enterprise type sports expense management.By the above analysis is not difficult to draw,enterprise type venues operating efficiency,economic benefits,self-financing rate as well as the personnel management are better than business type and venues.Therefore,sports enterprise operation is important to the future development trend of sports venues.Although currently only less than 15%of the venues to enterprise type of facility,it is still an important trend of development,its influence factors need further exploration. |
