In order to promote the standardized operation of kindergartens,on April18,2017,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Measures for the Supervision and Evaluation of Kindergarten Operation",which requires the supervision and evaluation of kindergarten operation to be carried out in a 3-5 year cycle.A second round of supervision and evaluation is now being carried out in various places.What is the real situation of supervision and evaluation of kindergarten operation in the county? Are there any problems in the implementation process? This study will conduct in-depth research on the above issues.This study takes J District(County)of Anhui Province as an example,and studies the current situation of the supervision and evaluation of the county’s kindergarten operation.This study consists of two parts.The first part is the study of stakeholders’ cognition and recognition of the supervision and evaluation of kindergarten operation.The second study is the research on the implementation status of the supervision and evaluation of kindergarten operation of the J District.The research adopts questionnaire survey and interview survey to analyze the cognition and recognition of kindergarten teachers,parents and principals on the supervision and evaluation of kindergarten operation.Through interviews with kindergarten principals and supervisors,we can understand the implementation status of the supervision and evaluation of kindergarten operation in J District,explore the problems existing in the supervision and evaluation of kindergarten operation in J District,and then put forward suggestions for optimizing the supervision and evaluation of county-level kindergarten operation.The results showed that :(1)In general,the awareness and recognition of the supervision and evaluation of kindergarten operation by teachers and parents are low.(2)The higher the awareness of teachers and parents on the supervision and evaluation of kindergarten operation,the higher the recognition of the supervision and evaluation of kindergarten operation.(3)Private kindergarten principals do not have a clear understanding of the supervision and evaluation of kindergarten operation.(4)There are some problems in the implementation process of the supervision and evaluation of kindergarten operation,such as non-standard establishment of educational supervision institutions,lagging construction of supervision team,unreasonable arrangement of supervision and evaluation process,and inadequate application of supervision and evaluation results.Finally,based on the problems existing in the supervision and evaluation of kindergarten operation in J District,this study puts forward suggestions for optimizing the supervision and evaluation of kindergarten operation : improve the cognition of kindergarten operation supervision and evaluation,and promote the consensus of stakeholders;improve the establishment of educational supervision institutions,and exercise the function of educational supervision independently;strengthen the construction of supervision team,and improve the quality of supervision work;optimize the supervision and evaluation process,and improve the application of evaluation results.
