With our education entering the reform of the new curriculum, English curriculum standards advocates teachers should respect the difference of students when teaching, so that teaching could improve the active involvement in learning progress and make sure students of different levels can make better progress than usual. The unity of Advance with English and oneness leave students more practical difficulties if all the students are required to master all the rich knowledge covered in it. According to the actual situation of our school, students enrolled are poorer than those from other schools in learning and they have practical difference in English foundation, which makes us have an urgent demand for carrying out the different grouping teaching method.For the purpose of the effect of Grouping Delamination Teaching, the author carries out the experimental study in Grade 2 in Suzhou Industrial Park No.2 Senior High School for one year. Students are classified into three levels---ABC, based on the English achievement of final examination. Considering the content of every unit of Advance with English , including the textbook, students are taught with listening, reading, speaking and writing in groups. Of course, teachers should also design different activities in the teaching objects, teaching preparation, class activities, making contributions in the final results. Its results show that the Grouping Delamination Teaching method can improve students'interest in learning English and increase their self-confidence in learning. The study proves that teaching by different levels in Grouping Delamination plays an effective role in teaching Advance with English. On the other hand, it makes the principle-teach students in accordance with individual difference used and developed in nowadays education, in order to be fit for the high school students.
