Starting to develop in the second half of the 20th century, information technology has led to an informationlization tendency in various aspects of society, including the field of rural education. Ever since that, informationlization has been exerting huge and profound influence to almost every aspect of rural education, especially in the aspect of K12.IT in rural education plays a crucial part in facilitating the development of rural education. The effects could be easily seen from aspects such as being suitable to the characteristics of rural education, enriching rural education resources, changing cultural tradition in rural areas, establishing rural teaching staff, improving rural teaching methods and adjusting rural education system. But, it also has many difficulties and the questions saving in the course of education informationlization.In this dissertation, on the base of many years work experiences, the author argued that, there have many questions in the Construction process of IT in rural education of K12 in Hubei, such as The education idea falls behind, the funds for continuable development is insufficient, the education resources constitutive property is short, the elementary education informationlization talented person is seriously deficient, the serves for the rural economy is short。In order to effectively solves these problems, the author brings forward solution strategies to these question, mainly includes strengthening the programming of education informationlization > together developing with mutually promotes with the elementary education informationlization project and the rural informationlization project, opening up the investment channel for the elementary education information construction and constructing loose policy environment > further strengthening the dynamics about the teachers' train, effectively using the promotion resources, and so on.
