The Research On Survey And Promotion Strategies Of Distance Education Training For Party Members And Cadres In Rural Area

Cadres of rural Party members are not only the publicists and executives responsible forall sorts of governmental policies at level of grassroots in our country, but also the main forcewho is leading the broad masses of the people to practice and study the Scientific Outlook onDevelopment. What is more, they are also the backbone of building the new socialistcountryside. Whether the Cadres of rural Party members have high quality is a key to theoverall development of the socialist modernization drive. In an information era, it is notpractical to improve the quality of Cadres of rural Party members by adopting the traditionaltraining methods. Less developed areas should attach more importance to distance education,try to improve the enthusiasm and level of involvement that party cadres and masses ofpeasants have, make full use of resources of distance education and actively develop thetraining contents suitable for the region. Only in this way can we really give play to theleading role of Party cadres and promote the healthy development of the whole ruralundertakings.Basically different from the traditional and face to face education, the modern distanceeducation for party cadres in rural grass-roots is a kind of new educational model for partycadres. Referring to the author’s own organization and management experience concerningthe Party Cadres in some less developed rural areas of ZhouKou city, this paper mainlyadopted the survey of questionnaire to deeply study the current situation of distance educationand training of party cadres in underdeveloped rural areas. Based on the result of this survey,we put forward the corresponding countermeasures in order to well promote the training workof distance education for the party cadres and lay a solid foundation for creating theconception of lifelong education in less developed regions.This paper mainly used methods of questionnaire survey and system analysis, etc toexplore the current situation and promoting strategy of distance education and training ofparty cadres in underdeveloped rural areas. Firstly, we analyzed how the distance educationalwork of party cadres in underdeveloped rural areas is being carried out and promoted so as tobetter satisfy the lifelong learning needs for rural Party cadres and serve for the constructionthe learning society in less developed area. Secondly, we tried to illustrate how to establish theworking mechanism of modern distance education for rural Party cadres and how to make this mechanism more scientific, standardized and normalized. Thirdly, we analyzed that how toestablish training system for rural party cadres with wide coverage, multi-function and highquality development, according to the demand of present society for party members andcadres.By combing the knowledge of information technology with public management andstudying the current situation of distance education and training of party cadres inunderdeveloped rural areas, this paper puts forward the strategies of team construction,resource integration, management mechanism and policy guarantee for the modern educationand training of party cadres in underdeveloped rural areas on the basis of combing theory ofpractice. The aim of study is to provide reference for further research on how to promoteeducational and training work for party cadres.
