Level-teaching is a distinguished teaching among collective. It presupposes the existence of the difference between students. In accordance with the character and the needs of students, it differentiates several levels in teaching-objects , teaching-contents , teaching-methods , specialty-training, which proceeds from admitting disparity in learning different subjects, protecting students' self-esteem, building self-confidence. In this way, students can select learning contents to meet his trait so as to develop in his favorite way.By the methods of paper investigation, informal discussion, interview, class-observing, the author, taking GanSu Financial-Economic vocational school as an object of study, concludes that level-teaching is much suitable for present situation and growing tends of vocational school, not only from the angles of students but also from the angles of training targets. In order to improve the feasibility of this teaching theory, the author has a test after four years in GanSu Financial-Economic vocational school. After analyzing and studying the result of the test, the author finds that the main problems faced by level-teaching are: First, the target of level teaching is hard to reach. Second, by what standards should we differentiate students? How to determine the time to change the level? Third, how to remove the "hierarchy" formed by level-class? Fourth, how to enhance teachers' quality? How to arouse the enthusiasm of teachers joining in teaching reform? Fifth, level-teaching brings difficulty to teaching management and teaching practice. Sixth, the mark that students in different levels get is hard to compare in horizontal way.Facing the several problems appeared during level-teaching test in GanSu Financial-Economic vocational school, by analyzing the reasons of the problems, the author designs a level-teaching management and evaluation system, which is suitable for the vocational school in developing regions and for the character of vocational school students. At last, the author makes the following countermeasure:1 , Removing the load on mind is the premise for level-teaching. No matter how we differentiate the levels, we all should judge each student on whether he has improved or not. We also should remove the mental obstacle of low-level students; letthem clear out meir vantage and wisdom, so as to develop benignly in the suitable way. At the same time, we should renew teachers' teaching concept and build up modern teaching though.2> Applying teaching objective-duty system is the key of level-teaching. Only building up systematic, all-round level-teaching system can guarantee level-teaching target to put into effect all-sidedly.3-. Strengthening examinations and evaluation is the priority of level-teaching. On one hand, we should build up new canon to appraise students. Students should be appraised by the development of the same individual in history and by comparing the development of the different individual. On the other hand, we should perfect the evaluation system for teachers so as to encourage them to revise, improve and adjust their teaching constantly.4% Circumstances building is the powerful security. In order to make a good job of level-teaching, there should be a powerful authority branch to supervise n direct and clear up the difficulties and problems faced by the teaching reform, only in this way can it be assured to carry out smoothly. Teaching methods and means should also be improved. There should be built dynamic management system.
