Since the reform and opening up, the vigorous development of sports industry in China gradually determined the development from the" sports power" to the development of the sports great power. Sports great power construction leads the research direction of sports theory, and also broadens the contents of introduction to physical education、fitness and sports, and promotes the research progress of the textbook. In addition, high-quality textbook is the basic guarantee for training high quality sports talents. At present, the introduction to physical education fitness and sports is a new branch of learning, the content system of its textbook is not mature. Under this background, the content system of the introduction to the introduction to physical education、fitness and sports can provide the theoretical basis for the perfection of the contents of the textbook, which has theoretical and practical significance. Through literature review, logical analysis, case analysis and comparative analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:First, the introduction to physical education、fitness and sports can be divided into seven stages according to the characteristics of the times; Second, the difference between different textbook is big, but continuous improvement; Third, the definition of sports concepts continue to be standardized and perfect; Fourth, Because of the particularity of the compilation of the textbook, the different versions of the textbook have some inheritance relationship, that make up for the shortcomings of the update of the textbooks; Fifth, the content system of the textbook is different, some key questions cannot form the unified opinion; Sixth, the basic information of the textbook contrast reflects the domestic textbook do not pay attention to the textbook revision and the consummation; Seventh, different versions of the textbook for the "study object" to express the big differences, and reflect the development of the branch of learning is not mature; Eighth, the textbook on the definition of "sports concept" exists logic expression error; the single angle of view, lack of philosophy, sociology perspective, and cannot reflect the current level of research; Ninth, the textbook failed around the core concept to establish the concept system; Tenth, the textbook on the "sports function" of the inductive are more completed, but also need to carry out the depth of mining, "sports to maintain national sex" function is not included in the textbook content system; Eleventh, the textbook did not classify sports itself; Twelfth, the Chinese textbook teaching goals focus on understanding and memory, lack of the thinking ability and practice ability training. This research puts forward some suggestions for the shortage:①To regularly study the latest research results into the textbook system, and improve the contents of the textbooks in time;②Hold a seminar to regulate the expression of" the study object ";③In defining the concept of sport, various viewpoints should be included in the textbook and the reference and discussion for students in the teaching practice;④The content system of the "Introduction to physical education.. fitness and sport" should reach a common understanding in some basic issues, and promote the development of discipline;⑤In the process of defining the concept of sports, we should increase the philosophical and sociological perspectives;⑤In the course of compiling the textbook, it should focus on the core concept of the textbook and establish the concept system to avoid the logic error;⑦Increase the expression of pictures, so that more intuitive and vivid visual image;⑧The teaching objective should pay attention to the cultivation of students thinking and practical ability.
