The Comparative Research On Development Between Non-governmental Universities And Governmental Universities After 1978

The development and expand of private higher education is the world' s tendency and it' s a very important way to realize the popularity of higher education. But the non-governmental higher education in our country is quite backward. Therefore it is quite significant to research the development of the non-governmental higher education. This article mainly use the comparative method to analyze the inferiority and the superiority of non-governmental universities and forecast their future development tendency.
