With the popularity of higher education, non-governmental universities as an integralpart of higher education, have delivered a large number of technical, vocational andprofessional personnel for the country’s economic construction, transportation. However, thecurrent deficiencies in the human resources of teachers has become a bottleneck restricting thesustained and healthy development of non-governmental universities. Therefore, to enhancethe identification and evaluation research on the crisis in human resources ofnon-governmental universities, has double meaning in theory and practice.The author conduct surveys through interviews, questionnaires and other manners onpart of the non-governmental universities in China, and analysis problems of human resourcesmanagement in the non-governmental higher education with empirical research, principalcomponent analysis method is designed to build the human resources crisis identificationsystem based on the empirical and combine with characteristics of non-governmental higherlearning.In the empirical analysis, human resource management of non-governmental universitiesis divided into four levels in the thesis: the introduction and absorption of talent, retention,continuing education, self aspiration, and take advantage of the identification model of thehuman resources crisis to identify and evaluate human resources crisis that may arise in alllevels, then analysis the causes of human resources crisis in multi-angle, and expect toprovide a reference for human resources management reform for non-governmental higherlearning.
