In our traditional composition teaching, teachers play the main role of correcting. The students ,the subjects of writing ,are just outsiders instead; composition correcting makes teachers busy while students get less .Now, we encourage the education idea of "Learn to live, learn to cooperate, learn to conduct oneself, learn to study", and bring the education idea of cooperation and interaction among students into composition correcting, which meets the present education development and society development's needs. From education philosophy, education psychology angles and based on the theory of student subject, this text mainly analyze and induce four disadvantages of traditional composition correcting .Referring to the theory of constructivism, the cooperation learning and collective dynamics from modern education new ideas and using the experience of others practice for reference, the writer made an exploratory study of composition correcting teaching of cooperation and interaction and put forward the plan of concrete implementation and the tactics used during the process of implementation. It aims at training the students' writing ability, meanwhile it makes students improve writing level from correcting, which returns the real subjects to students. Finally, students can help each other forward and improve the efficiency on Chinese learning from cooperation and interaction.
