| Culture belongs to human beings, that is to say: Human beings began with culture. Human beings created varieties of cultures in the supply of practical activities. Human beings always live in a certain culture, culture restricts the behavior of human beings and affects the development of human beings, at the same time, culture turns the consciousness of colony into personal consciousness and makes them develop together.The class is the earliest social organization the students take part in. Class culture has many effects on the student's development. In order to set up an environment that is useful for the student's development, we should always think about the main position of teachers and students , pay attention to the interaction of value and standard between teachers and students. The essence of class culture construction is the process and result of teachers' culture and students' culture. The essence of class culture construction lies in making the system of value. Make sure that class culture should be adapted to quality education and the need of building a harmonious society and the students' development of personality. To build class cultures, we should make full use of the teachers and students and at the same time standardize the behavior of the two sides. We should make the teachers' culture and students' culture the same quality after the interaction of teachers and students.In order to show the content of class culture construction, systematically to state the effect of teachers and students on class culture, and to supply the educators with useful strategies of class culture, my thesis is divided into four parts:Part one: this part includes the origin of my research, the explanation of my research, class culture, the construction of class culture, interaction of teachers and students, aims and meanings of my research, and methods of my research.Part two: this part will introduce the background of class culture. It will discuss the necessity of my research.Part three: the interaction of teachers and students in making class culture is studied in this part. I will discuss the essence and core of class culture, the importance of teachers and students in building class culture. Above all, I will analyze the phenomenon of interaction between teachers and students. Some important advice is given in this part. On the whole, this part is the most important.Part four: this part is divided into two parts, namely, conclusion and revelation. The different ways and strategies of class culture will be analyzed in this part. |
