Since it was put forward,the PAD class has attracted much attention.Many domestic teachers have carried out the practical exploration of the PAD class teaching mode,and achieved certain results.Among the three stage of class teaching,independent learning and discussion,class discussion is the most important stage and the most difficult one to control.The two core functions of mind mapping are thinking stimulation and thinking arrangement.The main purpose of this study is whether the introduction of mind mapping can improve the effectiveness of class discussion and improve students' performance.First of all,this thesis studies the current status of classroom discussion and mind mapping,and introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of the PAD class,mind mapping,the American teachers and students' interaction assessment system(CLASS),etc.And then through the teacher interviews,questionnaire for junior middle school moral and law students to investigate the present situation of PAD class discussion,indicate the direction for the subsequent research.Secondly,in view of the interviews of the teachers and students questionnaire reflects the problems,such as,the students can not express themselves well during the class discussion,or may stray from the points,or lack divergent thinking.In the class,mind mapping should be put forward in class discussion and the teaching process should be designed,so as to do the research of the experiment,that in comparative classes adopt the traditional mode of points in the classroom.The experimental CLASS introduced mind mapping to carry out three rounds of action research.The CLASS observation table was designed by using the American teacher-student interactive evaluation system(CLASS).The CLASS discussion of the experimental CLASS and the control CLASS was scored and analyzed,and the CLASS discussion process based on mind mapping was gradually modified and improved.Finally,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the students in the experimental classes to compare the changes of their attitudes and learning behaviors in class discussion before and after the introduction of mind mapping.At the same time,unit tests were carried out between the experimental classes and the control classes to compare whether there was significant difference between the two classes.Research conclusion is the index score session CLASS a were higher than that in comparative classes and experimental classes in improving students' expression,the discussion in the class is not distracting,the interest in learning is improving and thinking ability are satisfaction is higher.What's more,there are also significant differences between unit tests differentiate scores and comprehensive analysis questions scores,,it can prove that the introduction of the mind mapping in PAD class discussion can have a certain advantage.
