| Conception of learning of university students means university students' opinions about learning formed in the process of studying. It changes and develops with the increasing of experience of students, and is the guiding ideology of students' learning. It is mainly about these questions, such as, why to learn, learn what, and how to learn. The study is not only closely related to the learning and life of university students, but related to the quality of talent in our country. Moreover it is helpful to the students' management.In the study of the present condition of university students' conception of learning, regarding the questionnaires as the main foundation, we can have a new view about the present condition of university students' conception of learning. The analysis of the four aspects, that is learning, learning content, learning aim and learning method, makes us know the rules of university students' conception of learning from the first-year to seniors. Thus we can know the changing trend of university students' conception of learning. Then through the combining of questionnaires and interview, we explore the influences of university students' conception of learning on achievement, motivation, attitude and self-evaluation.The formation, change and development of university students' conception of learning is the result of combined action of learning, education and culture, which is affected not only by self-factors, but also by the environmental factors. That is the study of forming mechanism of university students' conception of learning. Then we propose the construction and intervening strategies of university students' conception of learning.
