This paper, pays close attention to, describes and explains the rural role relationship of China in terms of social psychology. The author attempts to solve two problems: First there are what kind of changes of rural role relationship of China during transition period; Second how these changes get in touch with macroscopically environment leading by modernization.By the look of macroscopic, in the countryside of China after system changes and social structure changes, traditional role system — the development rule of individual and family which is normalized by Confucianism, blood kin, family integrated political system and stable land system tend towards collapsing. Family's blood reason and gentleman's relation are all developed to the tangible material relationship. By the look of microcosmic, rural role relationship have remarkable change in each aspect under modernization, such as change of taxpayer role, matrimonial relation, neighborhood role, etc. The change of role relationship is limited by the change in the macroscopically environment fundamentally.During the turning point of contemporary society, in the countryside of China, the role requires under old rules and regulations are assaulted. Meanwhile, new role requires which really meet the needs of new social structure are not established. Therefore, role identity is in a confused state. In my viewpoint, the key point to realize the modernization and stabilize the rural society is to strengthen the dynamics and paces of rural educational reform. This may help to find the sense of pride of rural people.
