Corporate social work is an important field of social work, which aims to improve the working and living welfare for workers. After the reform of the modern enterprise, the management style and philosophy has changed dramatically, along with the "Lewis turning point" approaching, the traditional management that values the production not the workers has changed to "people-oriented". The "Helping people to help themselves " concept of corporate social work has a major role to relief employees’ emotions, solve puzzles of employees, help employees grow and promote the enterprise more harmonious.In this paper, Taking Corporate F in Suzhou as an example, to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory as the foundation, firstly, sorting F Enterprises departure exit interview questionnaire and records, as well as blue-collar workers working career expectations in blue collar workers, summed up the deep reason of lack of blue collar workers occupational stability of F enterprise. Secondly, combined with the practical experience and the main points from the Hawthorne effect, used the method of group work, through communication skills, skills upgrading and blue-collar workers stress reliever to enhance blue collar workers’ stability of Corporate F. Finally, thinking and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions which accord to the problems and difficulties in the group activity, in order to promote social acceptance of social work and explore the localization, professionalization and specialization way of enterprise social work.
