With the development of higher learning, proportion of young teachers in higher learning rises rapidly. Young teachers are becoming the main force of teaching and educating in higher learning. As the time goes, most of young teachers will become elites. Young teachers have higher academic level and new knowledge structure and special character, which brings hope and energy to teaching team of higher learning. Most of young teachers have good moral record. On the other hand, some young teachers have moral problems and they need moral education. Thus, careful analyzing moral situation and consolidating moral education become an important issue of moral and political workers.On the basis of analyzing and studying moral education and of research into new requirement of moral education of young teachers, this paper holds that new contents of moral education should include modern education outlook of quality education, new relationship between teachers and students, correct aesthetic education, cultivation of scientific quality, network moral, innovation and so on. This paper also analyzes current situation of moral education, problems and reasons, points out urgency and necessity to consolidate moral education, puts forward principles of moral education, discusses effective path and methods and holds that administrative departments should provide necessary mechanism and excellent environment and self-training and self-improvement atmosphere for moral education of young teachers.
