Teachers are the survival of the institutions of higher learning, youth, teachers are the backbone of institutions of higher learning and the development of hope. Improving the quality of China's higher education, higher education, the highlight function, the role of the expansion of higher education, colleges and universities to enhance international competitiveness, etc. are to some extent depends on the institutions of higher learning, as young teachers, young teachers to be the efforts of institutions of higher learning .
