Probing Into The Problem Of Current Pupils' Labor Education

In current society, people pay more and more attention to the children's education. Labor education can effect the development of children with retrieve. It can help children's education about morality, wit, body and aesthetic feeling to develop widely. It can also improve children's self-excitation ability, practice ability, creation ability and responsibilities. But, nowadays, the labor education of the primary scholars is not satisfactory. So it is essential for us to strengthen the study of the primary scholars' labor education. By this way, we can call on schools, families and society to pay more attention to the pupil's labor education, and children can form the habit of the loving labor, coming into being a correct labor concept and attitude. At the same time, pupil can form a good labor habit and master a lot of work skills.Based on the previous research about the labor education of primary scholars, this dissertation deeply and systematically analyzes the problems on the labor education of pupils and their reasons, by using multiple methods, such as questionnaire, interview and literature analysis. In addition, it gives some proposals for us to reform the labor education of primary scholars.This dissertation consists of three parts:Part one is concerned with the analyses of some concepts and the basic theory. In this part, some concepts about pupil's labor education are analyzed in turn, the contents and characters of the primary scholars' labor education are listed, and the meanings of labor education are analyzed.Part two analyzes some problems of pupils' labor education in our country now, and show some reasons. By observing and analyzing deeply, the author think there are several problems about pupil's labor education ,which are summarized as follows: the house masters ignore the children's labor education, so the primaryscholars don't have sufficient housework to do. Some children are offered housework only, but are not educated. The parents do all things for children in common. The pupils have little labor education in school. The consents of labor curriculum aren't updated, and the way of education is unreasonable. The contents of labor education are not concerned with the students' life and study. Also, the course of labor is just in form and is replaced in common. Another, some pupils aren't interested in labor education, some are lack of the ability of practice and self-excitation, and some have shortage in selfhood.And some main reasons are showed. The housemasters ignore the pupil's labor education because they have incorrect concept on labor education. Another, they spoil their children too much. The teachers think little about pupil's labor education, because they care more about how many students can enter into a higher good school. The primary scholars don't know the function of labor education, so, if they want to form the habit of loving labor they must be supervised by housemasters and teachers.Part three brings some constructive suggestions for people to reform the labor education of primary scholars. Basing on the problems of children's labor education, the author put forward five suggestions. Firstly, people should raise their acquaintance in thought, and transform their old concepts. Secondly, the methods of labor education in family should be improved, such as paying more attention to the thought of children's labor education, developing their labor acquaintance, training their ability of self-service, leading them to be interested in labor, and assigning them appropriate labor. And the housemasters should be trained how to educate their children. Thirdly, the labor education of primary scholars at school should be strengthened, such as making the contents of children's labor education closely link to pupils' daily life, strengthening and perfecting the system to ensure children's labor education, founding the system to estimate and impel the children's labor education, updating the contents of labor education, and using some agile ways to implement the labor education.
